Refund policy

1. Book Orders & Book Baskets

- Cancellations are accepted before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, orders are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.

2. Library Setup

- Library Setup orders are customized and non-refundable once confirmed.
- Cancellations before procurement may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Library on Rent

- Security deposit is refundable after service completion, subject to damage/loss checks.
- Rental fees once paid are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Any damage or incorrect delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
